Andrei Mihaescu

Andrei Mihăescu is a Junior Associate with experience in competition, corporate and commercial law, assisting clients in regulatory and transactional matters.

Before joining act legal, Andrei worked on complex corporate projects and transactions, including contract drafting and review, corporate restructurings, commercial negotiations and due diligence exercises.

His competition law experience includes foreign direct investment screening, assistance during unannounced inspections conducted by the Romanian Competition Council and the review of documents containing commercially sensitive information.
