Alexandru Antonescu

Alexandru-Cristian Antonescu is a Junior Associate in the Competition & Energy team, assisting clients on regulatory, competition, and foreign direct investment matters. His practice includes supporting senior lawyers in matters involving merger control and FDI notification procedures, competition law compliance projects, and investigations conducted by the Romanian Competition Council.

His strong academic background, complemented by studies in both Law and Security Studies, enables him to approach regulatory matters from both legal and strategic perspectives.
