Daria Luculescu

Daria is a Junior Associate in the Competition and Energy Law teams, supporting both regulatory and transactional matters. She assists with legal research, drafting, and case analysis for clients active in regulated sectors, contributing to compliance reviews and sector-specific investigations.

Before joining act legal, Daria completed internships with leading law firms, judicial institutions, and regulatory bodies. These experiences offered her exposure to both litigation and consultancy work in civil, administrative, criminal, and labor law.

She holds a strong academic background complemented by international legal training through the Franco-Romanian College of European Studies (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne).
