Raluca Popa is an Associate in the Energy & Competition Law team and also contributes to corporate and commercial mandates. Before joining our team, she gained valuable experience in dispute resolution, handling cases involving civil, insurance, aviation, and criminal litigation, and representing clients in both domestic courts and multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings.

Her diverse background allows her to provide strategic, well-rounded advice in regulatory and transactional matters. The transition to the energy and competition fields has allowed Raluca to bring a litigator’s mindset and business-oriented approach to regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and commercial negotiations.
