The Bucharest office of act legal assisted Pluxee Romania, part of Pluxee Group, a global player in employee benefits and engagement solutions, in the acquisition of MyBenefits, a Romanian company specialized in digital employee benefits platforms and solutions.
The act legal Romania team advised Pluxee throughout all stages of the transaction, including corporate due diligence, deal structuring, review of corporate documentation, and coordination with the sellers. The team also provided support on pre-transaction competition law implications, conducting a targeted market assessment of the transaction’s potential impact on the employee benefits solutions segment, as well as in relation to the foreign direct investment (FDI) clearance process.
